Entrepreneur, AI specialist & full-stack developer. Founder of Scamper IT Services & Scamper Digital Ideas. I help people and brands grow with practical digital systems.
I’m Richard Kwesi Gyan, well known as Sir Scamper. I am an entrepreneur, web developer, AI specialist, and Digital Skills Coach. I started with just a smartphone, a strong belief in my potential, and a hunger to learn, unlearn and relearn. Today, together with my able team, run Scamper IT Services and Scamper Digital Ideas, where I help people and businesses grow using digital tools, practical skills, and smart systems.
Over the years, I’ve trained more than 15,000 individuals across 20+ countries, equipping them with skills in web development, digital marketing, content creation, affiliate strategies, and AI-powered solutions. My goal is simple: to empower others to start where they are and build something that lasts. I call this Freedom.
I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies (Strategic Communication) at the University of Cape Coast (UCC), and I blend what I learn academically with the hands-on experience I’ve gained in the digital space. I’ve built platforms like The Dew Newsletter Website, Kobby Madiet Blog, and DataPacks, and I continue to develop systems that bring real value to real people.
What drives me is purpose. I believe in growth, innovation, faith, and service. I believe Africa’s future belongs to creators; people willing to learn, build, and lead. That’s why I teach. That’s why I create. That’s why I show up every day.
If you’re looking for someone who understands what it means to build from scratch, to stay consistent, and to make digital skills work in real-life, let’s connect. I’m always open to new ideas, collaborations, and opportunities to create impact.

The Dew Newsletter – Department of Communication Studies, UCC
I developed The Dew Newsletter, the official online newsletter of the Department of Communication Studies at the University of Cape Coast (UCC). The website was built on WordPress with a responsive, modern design that makes departmental news, student achievements, academic articles, and event updates easily accessible. I customized categories, integrated dynamic content sections, and optimized the platform for mobile and desktop use. This project enhanced the department’s digital presence and streamlined how information is shared with students, faculty, and the wider public.
